Dr. Kim graduated with honors from Northwestern University and completed his dental education with honors at New York University College of Dentistry. He furthered his expertise by completing his residency in prosthodontics at the University of Illinois.
Dr. MinTae Kim is a skilled prosthodontist specializing in restorative dentistry and implant-based treatments, including full arch rehabilitation and implant placements. He practices at Buckhead and Duluth, delivering top-tier care.
He earned his DDS from NYU (2016), was inducted into the National Dental Honor Society (OKU), and later completed a Master’s in Oral Sciences and Advanced Prosthodontics at the University of Illinois.
In 2024, Dr. Kim became a full-time prosthodontist, combining traditional and innovative techniques to provide high-quality dental care.
Dr. Kim enjoys helping patients with a range of prosthodontic procedures, particularly full arch implant rehabilitation, surgical implant placements, fixed restorations, and both complete and partial dentures. He is highly skilled in using advanced materials like monolithic zirconia and metal/acrylic dentures. His expertise extends to both guided and non-guided implant placements, as well as soft and hard tissue grafting, providing comprehensive care to patients with complex restorative needs.
